My husband and I were very reluctant to purchase a home/ condo. We met with Guy to explore our options and he walked us through the process and the advantage of owning a place. He was always available when we needed him no matter what time it is and what day during the week. He also gave his opinion in any place and pointed out all the cons that may not see. Guy Contaldi is a multifamily wizard. I screened dozens of seller agents to find the best one. Top notch negotiator (got $100k over asking!) and always picks up the phone. Worth his weight in gold and put me at ease at every step of the process. In high demand though, so hire him while you can!

Guy helped us purchase an apartment nearly 10 years ago. After living in that apartment for a few years, we moved out of state for work and rented it with Guy's help. We just sold the place, again with Guy's help. Despite a very tricky market, Guy was able to sell it in a heartbeat. It was very impressive work. Overall, throughout nearly a decade of working with Guy, we have never been disappointed. Quite the contrary, we've always been so impressed with his professionalism, depth and breadth of knowledge, and genuine character who's really trying hard for every one of his clients. After doing it all as painlessly as it gets with Guy - buying, renting, selling - we are really going to miss working with him.
