        Absolutely terrible !! Melissa is an incompetent person who basically threw my college students out of their apartment 2 weeks early when I had a lease till the end of the month. She is only concerned about her commission and never even offered an apology. Avoid her and this company at all costs! I was forced to rate them a one star they don't even deserve that.

        My wife and I came upon this brokerage quite by accident owing to its convenient Newbury Street location. Though we were looking to rent, not to buy, we received personal attention and benefited BPA's knowledge of the market. This led to a quick and successful resolution of our apartment search and the gaining of a new friend. Highly recommended!
