        This Realty Group can hardly be called that. They will lie straight to your face. This is speaking from a former tenant, and I wish to warn anyone who deals with them. If you're trying to rent from them be very cautious, take pictures of the apartment, don't let them scam you with fees at the closing. Make sure you have their ad in writing or printed out. They will try anything. Once you live there, good luck getting anything fixed or cleaned. They do it once a year when you've moved out. They didn't clean the entire summer until I complained of MAGGOTS IN THEIR ELEVATOR. "Are you serious?" Yes I am. It was living in a nightmare. Great locations, but think twice (or longer).
