I’ve dealt with two realtors, one really great, helpful and professional and efficient and one useless. Inevitably went separate ways and found a spot on my own and they still extorted money out of money, sent threatening emails on numerous occasions from their owner until I eventually gave in. Pretty good realtors, terrible owner.

I first started to work with another agent and had a negative experience - but once Key Realty out me in contact with Matt I was nothing short of pleased. He was quick, responsive, and always available to answer questions. I was very stressed about the move since I am from out of state, but he worked hard to get my situation played out in such a quick and timely manner. Thank you Matt and Angelica for working above and beyond to make my Real Estate experience one to remember. Could not recommend more!

Ronnie at Key Realty did an amazing job helping me find a great place, and I highly recommend him as a realtor in the Boston area. He asked me what I was looking for (cost, size, location...) and showed me options that were specific to what I wanted. Not only did he help me find a great place, but stayed in touch afterwards and helped me with every question and concern I had with quick responses. I am so grateful I had Ronnie to help me in what otherwise would have been a very stressful and time consuming process!
