Had an awful experience. First time visit on 10/14/2017, will be the last. My wife and I ordered a sandwich, fries, salad, and each had a beverage. Totaled 25.09. 45 minutes later, most everyone else in the restaurant that came in after us, had their meals and we did not. When we asked, we were told that our meals take longer to cook than typical breakfast food. Ok get that, but 45 minutes? Another 10 minutes passes and we ask again, only to realize they have not even started cooking our meals yet. We try explaining that we have to leave because we were going to see our daughter perform in the marching band. They kept telling us it was coming and offered us smoothies to make up for it. Finally after 1 1/2 hours we walked out without the food we paid for because we needed to start walking to the Arena for the performance. When we were about 2 blocks away, we noticed our server running down the sidewalk behind us carrying our food in a to go bag. We explained that we could not eat it, but she said that we paid for it. We had to throw it in the nearest trash can. While this was very frustrating, we never raised our voices at the staff, and never demanded a refund. We were just properly polite people who got screwed by this restaurant. Update: I see the place is now closed. I wonder why?

It depends who you are if you're going to like this restaurant or not. The accent of the person taking the order is extremely thick and very difficult to understand, but in the end, the order will be taken correctly. So far I've been here three times and three times been satisfied. Got to say when you have french fries that come with the order you can expect you get a lot of them and they are delicious. And the mozzarella sticks? My favorite! I'm trying to understand everybody's complaint about orders taking too long, the only thing I can figure is they're talking about delivery. I've not ever ordered delivery, and I have never had a problem when I've ordered over the telephone and pick it up on my own. On average 15 minutes. Might also depend on time of day when your order is being made. If you call in an order for delivery at noon you shouldn't expect your meal to be at your door in 15 minutes. Let's be sensible. It's a normal restaurant with normal people and normal food at reasonable prices. I would go back again and I would recommend anyone who hasn't tried it yet to try it at least once and rate it based on your own experience.
