This company is an absolute GEM! Photographer came through with quality of high-level work and commitment that went far and above what we expected! It's important for a photographer to be able to anticipate a moment in order to capture it, as well as be intuitive enough to press, just as the moment lands. And that's Ian C. Placido Photography! I feel very lucky to have the experience of witnessing a true professional who is completely committed when in the zone. He rolls up his sleeves and is very "can do," very hands-on and is unafraid to get down and dirty, as long he gets the shot! He's wholly efficient...we could tell that Ian really thinks things through. When pertinent, he also will clearly explain to you what he's going for, which is an added benefit: it's trouble-shooting, free-of-charge, which took our creative work to the next level. And because he's super-friendly and approachable, Ian adds a warm, welcoming vibe that helped make every one of our talent even more comfortable and at ease. He turned into a welcome upgrade, from photographer to creative colleague, on set. We also find him very trustworthy. I sing his praises....he WILL be the first I look to for upcoming projects. I can't wait for ANY opportunity to experience his expertise again!

Ian is fantastic. I worked with him for some headshots and the whole process from scheduling to the shoot to getting the finished product was great. A consummate professional with an artists eye, he is equally skilled at making you feel relaxed, getting great shots, and making the whole process fun. His editing skills are terrific, making the great photos he took even better. Hes responsive, fast, and really great to work with. Overall, a great experience.
