I will try to keep this brief. Huge customer service plus here. 5+ stars. My wife had an overseas trip and needed, like all of us, to get the pre-flight RT-PCR done. Test done at 0800 without issue. At 1645, we notice that the NAT was done and not the RT-PCR as ordered. First, I spoke with Steph who was a huge help and contacted management and the testing center. She went on to contact Hayden, the manager. Again, huge customer service positive here. They confirmed that my wife could run over, get tested and resulted... and was able to make the 1830 arrival at Logan. I cannot say enough about how quickly they fixed the problem and provided an easy resolution. They readily accepted responsibility for the wrong test being done and were 100% pleasant throughout. Admittedly, I am a bit rough around the edges and I appreciated they're being so professional. We all look forward to the end of this COVID19 debacle which has affected all aspects of our lives. In the meantime, I will-- for my next 2 trips over the next few months-- return to AllClear Healthcare for my testing. Good people there.

I made a appointment for the test, it was booked on the wrong date. I called them and they rescheduled it with no problem. Great service and friendly staff.

AllClear is one of the easiest and best COVID-testing sites in Boston. Not only are the staff on-site friendly and helpful, but they have incredible customer service when it comes to requiring any additional administrative help with paperwork for insurance. I feel lucky to have access to such a safe, easy, and FAST testing site near me. Thank you to all of the front-line workers testing folks throughout this pandemic!
