        Probably one of the worst service one would come across. Rude and adamant. A very delayed delivery of luggage despite of airlines confirming the handover of luggage. Definitely a change in management is required.

        This company has been ripping off their 1099 contractors of pay because they are taking a bigger percentage than the driver gets. They want 50% of pay for your week's worth of work because they secure the contract.

        Shame on Delta airlines for being affiliated with this company. With the invention of the new technologies, I know that my bag sat at their facility for 21 hours before being dispatched for delivery.
