No stars!! Beyond rude and unprofessional! Dealerships charge an arm and a leg to cut keys so I had a flip key made elsewhere that sadly was not cut properly. I went in and asked if he could take a look at it and handed it to him. He brought it back to his machine and said it (meaning the key shank which is attached to the rectangular fob) wouldnt fit in the machine. I said ok no problem telling him I can take the key shank out alleviating the problem and asked if he had a small screwdriver. Instead of saying he wasnt interested in the job or helping me (WHICH I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY WHAT EVER FOR HIS HELP); he threw my key fob on counter, said not my key not my problem and walked away. Thank you so much for showing me so much kindness and respect, NOT!! May you get everything you deserve in life!

Locked myself out. Called and was lucky to get a response within 10-15 minutes - managed to get Shawn who was heading out on another job. Shawn sorted things out and helped my 83 year old mother carry groceries in. So grateful. Expensive but City Lock got us back in our house. Patiently answered all my questions too. Rekeyed the lock too. Thank you.
