They did a great job on my front and back yard in Dorchester.  They actually did extra things to help me out and didn't charge me.  They care about the work they do and the customers.  I am so happy that I hired them. They exceeded my expectations!!! 10 Stars

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had them backfill a stone wall I had them install and they basically destroyed the wall and adjacent property. Foreman refuses to admit any wrongdoing and now I have to hire a new mason. Horrible

I'm incredibly disappointed in this company. We've used them in the past and have been satisfied, but this year we're done. In May I contacted them for mulching service. I was told it would occur the following week. A few weeks went by and I had to reach out again to check in. I was told it would occur the following week. Finally, it's now the end of July (10 weeks later) and I've hired someone else (for a lower cost, I might add). When I contacted R&R to cancel the job, I was told it was my own fault for requesting service so late into the season. I'm more annoyed that I had to be the one to initiate contact each time and wasn't updated. If you can't provide service, don't accept a job.
