I usually dont take my time to write reviews but this time I feel like I have to do it so I can warn people about this terrible professional. I hired Nicole Micheroni in February 2020 to help me with my O1B Extraordinary Ability visa submission. The entire process was really a nightmare. Nicole never replied to my emails, never called me back. We had only 2 appointments and the entire time she just disappeared and didnt do anything. Her paralegal Kelly was the one actually doing some work (the very few work that was done). At the end my case was (obviously) denied and she didnt even let me know about USCIS answer. Once I called Nicole to say that my case was denied she didnt help me at all with what to do next, and she didnt even say I am sorry for your case being denied, or just anything emphatic... I couldnt believe it up until now! I honestly hope no one else passes through this. Nicole definitely doesnt know what is really like to be an immigrant.
