I paid Arnetta $400 for starter locs with extension. When I arrived she was on point washed hair & did coils for my starter locs. I was there for 11:30 app after shampoo another client of hers had an appointment for 12:30. This hairstylist put me under the dryer and wash , roller set that client and I was patience.Until 2:30 came and she had probably did twenty extension by this time. Here comes another client who was getting braids. So this lady Annette told me she was starting the clients head and give her about an hour which turned into 1:45 minutes. When I returned she still was doing the young women’s braids. She proceeded to finish my hair but complained the whole time about $300 is not enough she needs at least $ 400 .Here is my results, due remind you it’s only been a week and she attached the lock extension to the end of my coils .So the locs are just hanging now I don’t know what to do. I will make a small claim case against this lady to repay me my $400 and the $288 for loc extension. Please beware she is just trying to get a quick buck and she was on the phone the whole time. I didn’t get out there until 9pm and it was up nice and tight and then I started getting little bumps from the tightness and decided yesterday to take it down and cried asking GOD owhy would someone do this. Knowing times are hard. GOD doesn’t like ugly, this is why I have not been to a hair salon in over twenty years because of people like her. Trying to upload photos so you can see for yourself. Miss Arnetta be doing her thang! Girlfriend Hooked Me Up for sure! I NEVER have to tell her how I want the color placed in my heart. I'm truly blessed to have her as my stylist.
