        Ordered a bouquet (called Fly Away Birthday Bouquet incl. birthday balloon) and upgraded to the deluxe arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was really nothing like what the deluxe arrangement suggested (much more sparse) and, to top it off, they attached a Valentine's Day balloon that said "Hugs and Kisses and Valentines Day Wishes"....to a birthday bouquet.....for my co-worker! Not the best experience but the flowers were pretty and the delivery was on time.
