Very incompetent organization. Ordered (3) appliances one came damaged (shipping company fault), spent hours on the phone trying to get a new one. Finally just told them to pick up the old unit and issue a return, it's been a big mess. I would recommend never using GE support is very poor. I just don't have time for low performance organizations, huge waste. Customers must hold firms accountable for a decent level of performance, and fire them when they don't perform.

Dishwasher is about 2 years old and needs new latch and striker. Original engineers should be fired for such a cheap design. The 30 year old one I replaced it for worked fine, wanted an updated look and performance. Got a big expensive POS.

I have a GE top load washing machine that stopped working with a error code of lid latch, GE was nice to honor a warranty after my second call and complaint being 3 months past warranty, took a week to have a GE service tech to come out, he determined what parts were needed, took over a week for them to ship parts then almost a week for tech to install, it worked and after 6 loads it stopped again with same error code, luckily I had GE techs number so he came back the following day after his scheduled stops, he decided to order a new control board and two lid latch parts, after about another week I received a call that the computer board was now on back order, now 1.5 weeks later all parts are being shipped, even though I am happy they honored warranty but I had to talk to supervisor and was given a case # and worker, its impossible to call the same case person assigned to our case and if you have there email then it say it may take 24 to 48 hours thats if they get back with you so every time you call in most cases its a long wait but they do offer a call back, I am not happy getting conflicting info from different people from GE, now its been about 6 weeks with out machine working and I am having to go to laundromats to do laundry, you would think that dealing with GE themselves and GEs service techs that parts would be readily available, the technicians are great! Now waiting for parts to arrive and hopefully tech arrives shortly after, from start to finish will probably be almost two months.

I’m am extremely unsatisfied with the repair service provided by such a large company. The first repair person responded to my home and left with a $115 service fee without repairing a thing after it was discovered that we had an extended warranty through the appliance store it was purchased at. Turns out the appliance store uses GE for repairs. As luck would have it we missed the next service appointment and the next available appointment isn’t available until 30 days later. I find this to be unacceptable service for such a large company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Nightmare to deal with! I was told 3 times that my appliance would be delivered and never happened. I asked for a refund and it's been 6 days and still don't have my money back.
