Delta Dental of Massachusetts

They keep sending me a broken link to make payments on. They fail to respond to emails asking to fix the broken link. No one answers the telephone. If lucky enough to get a person, they transfer you, then you get disconnected. I am unable to sign in, I am unable to retrieve my data or get an ID no. off of their site. Terrible.

BEYOND terrible customer service. I would give them only an 8th of a star if I could. I have been trying to reinstate my insurance now for a couple of months. I have called customer service a number of times about this matter. All I get are inconsistent, excuse-filled stories about why my insurance cannot be reinstated. The only decent thing I can say about these customer service agents is that they make fairly decent actors. They are ok at trying to convince you that they actually care and want to help.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced DD of MA should be ashamed. I work for a providers office, requested a fax back - it was the most incomplete fax back I have ever seen, it had almost zero information. Therefore I was forced to have to call customer service more like customer bullying. The girl had an attitude from the word go, I absolutely could not understand her name, she was very rude and condescending, she is obviously only there to collect a paycheck. Delta Dental of MA, please do better, your clients deserve better and so do providers calling you. Thank you. I give you negative 5 stars

It took me three months to receive a simple term letter after about a dozen phone calls and emails. Extremely slow turnaround time on everything for no apparent reason.
