Geek Choice

Geek Choice is a great choice if you need help with your computer. Communication was excellent. Fixed on time and within the estimated price range. I literally have everything on my laptop as I work in the Internet industry. They were courteous and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend their services.

Well they weren’t very honest with me, I dropped off my computer the front desk just took it, I thought everything was very weird because I had to ask for a “proof” that I was dropping the computer off. I told her I was in a very short budget and if I did not have the money to fix it if that would be ok, and she said “yes”. She did not say anything about the rate for diagnosis or explain anything to me she just took my computer in. Then they call me at night the same day saying I would have to pay for a diagnosis $150 (accordingly to them that’s the price for how long it took to diagnose it which at this point I don’t believe it). They called me asking for permission to take my computer apart to finally decide which diagnosis was the correct (again they did not mention any payment) now I’ll have to do not pay for tomorrow né of my bills to pay for something I wasn’t told in advance. I would never have put myself in that position and I think that’s very dishonest from the company. Even tho they “tried” to do their best saying they would “give” like an hour credit in case I wanted to go back to fix it I will never set the foot in this company again. Go somewhere else

Quick helpful service. These types of IT Repair shops can be unpredictable in terms of their service and pricing, but this was easily the most straightforward experience I've ever had with this particular service. I was able to walk in with no appointment and was met with outstanding service and no diagnostic fee. Great service and good advice on solutions.
