        I have never given a bad review on Google or for Starbucks, but I wanted to share now. I believe customer service is important, especially feedback. This Starbucks is absolutely awful. I just moved here and I work nearby. Its a great location to grab coffee before heading into work. However, the staff is terrible. Over the last several weeks, I have seen them make my own coffee wrong as well as others. I noticed my coffee was lighter than normal today because they didnt even fill my coffee to the top this morning. The rep said it was because there was more foam than usual and he then asked me if I wanted it redone? Is that even a question???? If I pay for a grande cup of coffee, I want a grande amount in my cup. Ill be going to a different location from now on because this one is a waste of my time! I strongly suggest Starbucks corporate stop by to teach them customer service skills as well as how to make drinks properly.
