The store has a nice layout and is located on a convenient, central part of Newbury St. I decided to purchase my Frames online instead, as the lone store attendant here is very abrasive and off putting.

I love FRAME jeans but the customer service at this shop was above and beyond. I highly recommend this location! Lauren was fantastic!
