        I have been shopping for a long time at this store. And unfortunately I ordered pants in my size from the store which were delivered. I was traveling & was not back in Boston for months. Upon arriving home I was pleased to try on my new pants. II took the tags off ( do not ever do this) to wear them! As it turned out they did not fit. I returned them only to be told because I removed the tags they would not return them. In full disclosure it had been awhile as noted above since I had ordered them, but clearly never worn. So not going back to that store will go to Lord & Taylor or Neimans. The staff person said she tried to call me & stated my phone message center was full. This could not be true as my message center does not have a full limit & I delete all messages anyway. Very disappointing at the service!
