Thanks to all the staff, including Cheryl who helped me while I got a new job and was rather without winter gear until their immense help (and with a great sale). As of 1/10/20 this shop is the last day they're open and then permanently close. I wish all the staff onward and upward to bigger and better things, as is the way of all great people.

I love WHBM but the service at this store was terrible. We were traveling from Michigan when my daughter and I went into one of my favorite stores...wearing WHBM clothes!  We were not greeted. When asked to try something on we were brought to a dressing room never to be spoken to again!  We didn't like what we brought in so looked around some more. When we walked out nobody said a word to us. We went back later and was not greeted st all. Same for the next day. I get a little annoyed with the up sell of the salespeople at WHBM sometimes but at least they care that I'm in the store. I can only imagine if corporate knew how this store was run, what they would do.
