Varouj and his team of experienced craftsmen just installed new 3/4" oak flooring in the upstairs of our 110-year-old Beacon Hill condo. The floor was a hodgepodge of odd angles and shapes capped off with a challenging round, quarter section opening at the top of a spiral staircase. They did an amazingly beautiful job at a reasonable price on a very tight time schedule. We consider ourselves extremely lucking to have hired The Floor Sanders. One hundred thumbs up for these guys!!!!

I wouldn't use anyone else! This company has done several flooring projects for me and I have always been pleased with the results, their work ethic, quality, and timeliness. I highly recommend using their services!

Great Results. I booked the job based on having a conversation with Varouj. I told him about the stiletto heel indentations, black rug spots and sun spots, and I gave him the approximate size. His quote was on-point with two others I got. To my surprise, he was able to get out all the problem area listed above! Other companies said they would be able to lighten those areas, but not get them out completely. Floor Sanders got them all out and made my floors look brand new. I would highly recommend.

Varouj and his team did an incredible job for a great price sanding and refinishing the original hardwood floors in my condo. He was professional and quick to respond to any questions I had about the process. The floors look and feel great, and they even fixed up a few gaps and holes in the wood which I was not expecting.
