I heard many great things about this law firm. I called Henshon Klein to attempt to handle case that Brown Rudnick ended settling on behalf my family. The woman ( Justina Gilliam) who "fielded" my phone call was so obnoxious and rude. I was totally taken back because here i was asking for help and to make an appointment with one of the attorneys in the practice, she did nothing but act condescending and unprofessional. Basically refusing to make an appointment for me. Brown Rudnick jumped at the case, I guess she did not feel that the case was worth it. The firm is great, but please get better staff, they are the face of your company and it is imperative to provide excellent customer service.
