        I have shopped around for various lawyers to help me create my company (LLC) and many were charging per hour and the communication was very off. Mark Bross was absolutely amazing with his communication and got my company started within 1-2 weeks!!! EIN number and all! The main reason I worked with him was because he charged a flat fee so I knew no gimmicks. Don't think twice and go with Mark. He will be my Go-To-Attorney for any of my future legal needs. I even referred him to my wife who just started her dental practice and he set her company up as well.
