Significant rodent/mice issue that they don't address unless you send photos of dead mice as proof. Don't validate or listen to you when you suggest they look for access points or holes. We were students at the time and had limited options but please please avoid if you can.

Constant rat problem (come from the sink or gap in kitchen floor, my room is clean I literally clean it 2 times a day) and trash room smell so bad u can even smell it in your own unit, management front desk is really rude and won't reply to u even if u call them 8 times a day. And the the doorman is racist too (I'm pretty sure he used the word on me.) And they increase the rate after covid crazily too. Don't go here!!

For those who are thinking out renting this apartment: RUN. This place is a scam that claims itself to be luxury yet does not provide sufficient heating during the cold weather of Boston even if it's BELOW 55 outside, even when they insist that it automatically turn on. My electricity bill was $400 during December because me and my roommate had to buy portable heater to get through the winter. The management's lack of responsibility in any aspect of your residency will make your life miserable. Constant fire alarms are going off for no reason, call for pest control and they would just come in, put in lousy mice traps and leave for you to fend for yourself. They will do anything to get money from you. A lease transfer fee of $500 will be charged even if they don't do anything. When I inquired about this, they said it doesn't matter what's going to happen, as long as the bill is paid at the end of the month. No communication whatsoever unless you threaten to call city hall and continuously email them to get an answer for any simple request. Don't make the same mistake I did
