I just signed my lease for Bell Olmstead and I am so excited! Chrissy has been so helpful and has made this process so easy and painless. I am so appreciative to Chrissy for all of her help! 10/10 recommend.

Been living here for a year and it's time to say goodbye. Ive loved every bit of this place, especially the gorgeous view! A huge shoutout to Chrissy from the leasing office for setting me up here. She was incredible from the start, making the whole process a breeze. While moving out is bittersweet, I couldn't leave without showing some love for her and this place. If you're looking for a great apartment with help from someone who genuinely cares, ask for Chrissy.

I was confirmed for an appt to view a 3 bed and was told a leasing agent would meet us when we got there. When we arrived, we were told it would be a self-guided tour for 1-2 bedrooms, not 3 beds and the leasing agent (asian lady) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She also told us how they didnt have any 3 beds available and didnt even have our appt in the system. Soo..why the hell was this appt set up in the first place!?!? Felt like our time was wasted. We still tried salvaging it by trying to see what a 2 bed looks like and she directed us to scan and use a self guided tour app. The self guided tour process was absolutely ridiculous, the site didnt work on some phones and they needed unnecessary info that took a while to fill out. By that tome we could have been done with the tour! Not to mention, they gave us a faulty key, it took 5 mins to open the door to the 2 bedroom unit- felt like i was trying to break and enter with the amount of times we had to play with the lock to get it to finally unlock. The unit was extremely underwhelming and you could tell it wasnt properly cleaned to be considered tour ready. We were so put off by the whole experience we didnt even try to go see the amenities and went straight to the front desk to drop off the keys. What a waste!
