I love the Met and have been going for years. Brunch for sure is my favorite meal, I love everything, especially the chocolate chip pancakes, they are divine. The mimosas are pretty good too. I love the booth style, the decor is a very traditional and gives off big Boston vibes. The building is historic as well and shows much character. All in all, a very nice establishment.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times with my friends and family, both times were enjoyable. Although the second time we went with a group of friends and our waitress pretty much ignored us after my friend let her know that we are servers as well. This morning I called in to see if I could get a reservation for four and the man who picked up the phone (had to call three times) was probably one of the most miserable people I’ve ever spoken to. Zero customer service when offering times and when I said “hello, good morning I was hoping to make a reservation for two” he responded “let me check” In a annoyed rushed tone. Whoever is answering your phones needs a refresher course. The food is pretty good here also.
