The whole experience with Your Window Expert was outstanding. Tim did a great job of demonstrating the windows and our best options. He was very detailed and thorough. He also was very personable and professional. I liked the fact that one of the owners double checked all the measurements. Again Tim was very friendly and so down to earth. The installer was excellent. His work was very diligently and very efficient. He worked late every night and he worked nonstop through rainstorms. He was very personable and great to work with. The price for the whole project was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Your Window Expert for all your window needs.

Your Window Expert replaced 6 windows in my home. The team was courteous and professional. Their work was great. The windows are exactly what we ordered. We will be replacing more windows with Your Window Expert in the near future.

Amazing!!! That’s all we can say!! The owner right on sight and is part of installation from beginning to end. Best prices compared to 2 other competitors we spoke to. So happy. And best of all. No pressure, and when I said I needed to think about it. Response was that’s fine take all the time you need. So what we will say next time when we need Any type of windows replaced?? we won’t have to think about it. Thanks again guys!! You rock!!!

The window installation went very well on my moms home in Dracut, MA. The three installers showed up on time and got right to their work with each doing a specific job which made the installation quicker. They were friendly and courteous. Once the windows were installed the outside noise was reduced a great deal. The drafts were immediately stopped and the new windows enhanced the look of our home. We were so happy with everything that we decided to replace our six doors on our home. The door rep for Your Window Expert is coming today to measure each door and we are looking forward to having our old doors replaced. Thank you Your Window Expert, Highly Recommended....

Contractors were there on time and polite. They left the work area very clean and answered all questions that I had. Would recommend to my friends and family.
