this is not good in fact its the opposite of good its great this one time i called in and said that john was looking for a tow and the owner found this couple and was going to tow somnodies and he chased him with a metal bat

I had a very disturbing experience with the owner of this company today. Apparently someone pranked his company (and me) and sent him to my house saying "John" called and that my car needed to be towed. When my boyfriend went out to see what the man wanted, he kept laughing at him when he said his name wasn't John and that no one called for a tow. Maybe he was embarrassed for getting pranked? But he started throwing insults at my innocent boyfriend and I only ran outside when I saw the OWNER of this company going after my boyfriend with an aluminum bat. I then asked if I could call the main number on his truck and would the "office" know who called and this "John's" last name. He said "yes, call them". He let me stand in the middle of the road and dial the number, knowing it would ring on his cell, since he's the owner. EXTREMELY unprofessional, confrontational, scary, and I'm sorry someone pranked his company and he wasted the gas from Billerica to my city in central MA. But the insults, the laughs, the bat, and leading me to believe when I called the number I would get answers. DO NOT use this unstable man to handle your vehicles.
