They are kind and very helpful I received a call from there office just to make sure my baby and I were doing well and if I needed anything else like no one does this any more just going above and beyond for there client's.

As a long time WIC recepuent, I must say that the staff at the Beverly office are by far the most attentive, responsive, and helpful I've encountered. I lost my card, left a message, and received a call back the following day. Every message I've left has been returned with impressive haste,l, especially given how small the office is and the limited hours they are open. Every appointment I've had, I've been treated respectfully and with compassion. My daughter, who has taken a special interest in being weighed and measured, and is also quite adamant about her baby dolls being weighed and measured, is greeted with excitement, engagement, and kindness. (She and her baby are growing just fine!) I also am impressed with WIC's new app to check benefits, capability to use benefits throughout the month (instead of having to use them all on a particular day), and being able to check whether a particular item is covered. Great staff and a great program.
