I have worked with Paul numerous times - yo repair my dryer, dishwasher, and most recently the ice maker on my fridge/freezer. He is always professional with updates on his arrival time. Paul has been our go-to person for all of our appliance repair and assessment needs. The first time I reached out to him was because our old washer and dryer broke and he helped guide us through what to look for in new ones. He's helped us with our oven and two refrigerators and he is the only person we call when something comes up with our appliances. He has made every effort to repair something as long as it makes financial sense to do so. When something was beyond repair, he provided a wealth of knowledge as we researched new appliances. Aside from being skilled at his work, he is incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and efficient.
