Went here today for Easter with my family. Had reservations. We (party of 4) were seated right away. I have been here only 3 times, always for a holiday, but, my family comes here frequently. We sat in the back room maybe called the Rackville, or something like that. Our server, Andrea i believe started off great. The food was incredible. But, for some reason she ignored us after we received our meals. Really to the point of being rude. She visited the table behind us 3 times, never coming over to us. We all wanted dessert,but because of the amount of time we needed to wait for our server and her being rude to the point we felt uncomfortable almost like we did something to her,which we definitely didn't do anything wrong. Apon paying she returned my brothers credit card and pretty much sprinted away,again very rude. I understand it was getting busy for Easter, but guest service is big part of a servers job and on this day Andrea failed with our family!!

Tonight I went on a date with my boyfriend and the night was perfect. The atmosphere was very nice with the live music. Our waiter Andrew C. was amazing, attentive, and helpful with picking out delicious meals. The food and drinks were excellent. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better night. We will definitely be back!

There's definitely room for improvement. The restaurant is flat out gorgeous. The service we received was top notch. The 2 servers assigned to us were both professional, friendly, and well trained. I got the sirloin steak, baked potato and vegetable medley. Everything seemed completely devoid of seasoning. The steak was tough, chewy and loaded with gristle. It leaked juices when I cut into it, meaning it wasn't allowed to rest after cooking. The squash/zucchini/carrot medly wasn't nearly cooked enough and rough cut into large chunks, like something you would see in a bucket in an animal enclosure at Roger Williams Park Zoo. I left feeling like I've had better for far less money. I'll come back in the summer to see the patio, but I'll be careful what I order.
