This was my second time doing business with Alix & Sons. The first time it was to clear viruses off our desktop. I recently brought my new/never before used Galaxy Tablet into their store. I tried for almost a year (off & on) to get it to start-up - I could not get past a certain point - it kept booting me off. I was ready to give up and put it in the closet!! I dropped it off and received a call the next day that it was ready!! Alix sat down with me and made sure it was ready for me to use and I understood how to navigate since I had not used this type of tablet before. Very personalized service - they are wonderful with people that are not tech savvy. They will always have our computer business!!!

I dropped my PC tower off at the store for repairs. It had not run correctly in years. They cleaned out all the malware and re-organized the computer. John brought it back to the house, plugged it in and went through everything with me to be sure I understood what he had done. It runs perfectly now. Very happy with the service and the pricing.

Friendly, fixed my laptop for a reasonable price. Will definitley go back for further computer services. 10/10 recomend.
