fairly decent cars, difficult character. Never learned that although the customer may not always be right, they are still the customer and deserve to be treated with respect and without contempt.

Martins Auto is everything a garage should be. The owner/mechanic is honest, fair and friendly. I was surprised to see only one google review for Martins Auto Repair and it described the worst kind of business. The problem is that Martians garage is no such place. As customer, and later a part time employee while a student at UMass, I saw him interact with students, teachers, and all the other people that make the valley what it is. He looked at the issues from the perspective of the customer and he looked as his business as having roots in his community. He always spoke his mind and was, above all, honest and fair. His shop was an extension of his person with stained glass at the windows and automotive art on the walls. It would be my recommendation to anyone in the area to bring this repair facility your business. If you have dealt with this business please post. Martin no doubt has earned your support as he did mine many times over.
