Honey Dew Donuts

Honey Dew is always so much better than DD for me. The coffee has flavor.. a good flavor! The pastries are good and the service is always personal.

So this place is a tough place to review. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. However it's in a hard to access location on rt 20, the staff is VERY SLOW. If there is a line you can gareuntee it'll take 30 minutes to get your order, a line is 2 people ahead of you. It's terrible. I don't know if it's the staff that's slow or the honey few process. The coffee is always great though

Good coffee, interesting flavors of baked goods and coffee. Service is very friendly but not quick. Best to go if you are not on a time crunch. The drive thru is awkwardly placed.

Honey Dews has much better coffee than Dunkin Donuts. This is why I drove all the way from Spencer, MA to Auburn, MA to get their coffee because that's the closest one I know of (25 minutes). I get there at 7:11 pm and the door is locked, the sign says it closes at 8 pm! I ended up going to Dunkin Donuts nearby and their coffee sucks but at least they were open when they were supposed to be. If I wanted Dunkin Donuts I wouldn't have had to drive far for them because they are located in Spencer too. What a waste of time. The customer service is nice but also very, very, very slow whenever I come in via drive thru or walk in. I always see only the same older woman working. If there are two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line, that means approx 10-15 minutes of waiting.
