They were wonderful with me even when my insurance didn't cover my oxygen anymore. They waited until the new oxygen company came in. Have ordered supplies from them because the new company can't answer the phone in English! Still very professional!

Called them, and asked for a specific item for my wife's recovery from surgery. I was told it was in stock. I then asked for directions, and asked one more time if it was in stock, by another person told again yes.
Drove 45 minuets to get this item. When I got there I was told it was not in stock, and it was the person who gave me the directions. He told me "sorry I thought it was something else", then moved on to someone else.
Rude people, no clue.

They have been great to deal with. I called to get some ostomy supplies. They didn't have it in stock but said they could order it and have it in a couple days. They called me the next day saying the supplies were in. They were very friendly on the phone. And they were great to deal with in the store when buying supplies needed for my elderly parents.

Called to see if my insurance contacted them for my breathing machine and who ever answered the phone was RUDE ....LADY IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT! !
