I'm not actually reviewing this agency, as I wasn't able to contact them. The phone rang and rang when I first started calling last week. I'd never have tried again if I hadn't been given a recommendation from someone in town. Then, when I let it ring many times today, I got a recording to leave a message for Gail Carter, then, "Sorry, the voicemail is full." ??? No voicemail, no secretary, no answering service ...I'm done with this company, but this site won't let me post without choosing stars. It's not a reflection on service, only about accessibility.
