The people who run this place (Ben & Sarah ) have been doing this since before automobiles were around. She is very rude and they forget/don’t show up for appointments and don’t care. Avoid this place !!!

I regret that I havn't checked the review before. Really horrible experience. Well, they sound promosing and nice, so I signed up for my son. But the road test never actually happen. They scheduled the date, but then canceled it. My son then booked the road test online, but they told him to cancel and they will rearrange. Then ,last week, when my son called again and again , they told him they cannot make the appointment before end of of August -- even though my son told them he will be back school by August 21th.

This place is ridiculous. I just finished the one week crash course and realized that i hadn't actually learned anything. All of their videos are so out of date that i recognized a few of them in which the laws have been changed. Not to mention the fact that the TV doesn't work properly. Every day the TV would start fizzling out as if it were losing reception. And the guy running it would just let it do that until it was time for the next video. My friend and I took the course because his mom found it on yelp and noticed it was only $50 cheaper than the one we were going to go to, and she said the reviews on yelp were all good. I made sure to tell him I'm never taking his mom's word when she talks about anything coming from the internet. This place is terrible, don't send your kids there, they suck

This is a horribly run business. They give absolutely no customer service, because you pay everything up front. They are sloppy with all administrative tasks and then leave you to deal with their mistakes. If you try to call to discuss the matter, they HANG UP ON YOU! It is VERY difficult to get your license if you use this company.
