I have greater self-awareness, groundedness, resilience, and am much more capable of cultivating healthier, deeper, more satisfying relationships. I am showing up for my own life!! Jan is smart, kind, direct, and she gives homework :-) Jan has helped me develop a strong, new tool set that allows me to be in touch with my body, emotions, and spiritual life. Much of the work has been through understanding the effect of early childhood trauma on my adult behaviors. I was ready for Jan's approach. May the healing continue!
