An absolutely terrible experience. Do not go to this tire shop. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
We had our car taken here to replace a flat tire. When we got our back back, it looked like it had been through a tornado. Dirt marks. The trunk of our car completely upended. See the pictures. (We keep it perfectly clean.)
We called the manager to discuss who told us multiple times, "I'll see what I can do" but we have heard nothing for over a week now, despite kindly reminding her 3-4 times that we are expecting a resolution. Complete lies and nonsense. Don't waste your money unless you want your car returned to you looking like it had been broken into.

waited for 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation only to leave and find out that they didn’t secure the shield beneath my car where the oil is located and had it hanging down and caused me to panic hearing something dragging and flapping on the highway. didn’t even offer to fix it for me when I called letting them know what happened

Everybody was very friendly and helpful, got in and out in half an hour for patching a tire
