We have been enjoying our relationship With ADI now for over eight (8) Years and in my opinion they get better and better every year. Sometimes the counters are busy, but the overall interest to take care of our needs are done with product knowledge and sometimes even with better recomendations.
Very rarley is somthing of need out of stock and if not available,..... my experience then has been "I'll have it tomorrrow for you!"
David, Brian, Ray and the guy's always make us feel welcome and happy to help.
The Coffee is not bad either. Great educational seminars!
Great location, easy to get to, ample parking, The only thing that would be really "NICE" is curb side delivery. The after hours pich up also has been a great help as we are not always able to break away.They always call me proffesu=ionally by my name so I sometimes do feel I'm at my local friendly bank making a deposit which is usually the case. The Total enviroment is extremely clean and the stock very neat and orderly. You can get in and right out of this ADI with 100% of your needs 99% of the time.
I can't see or imagine why any one else's experience would be anthing other than Our's.
