Peace o' Pie Gourmet Vegan Pizza

Pretty damn good for a vegan place. I am not vegan myself and usually loathe these places... But I met a vegan friend here for lunch and found the pizza really quite passable. Menu lists ingredients like "peperoni" and "sausage" and just assumes you know these are actually vegan substitutes being used. Don't shy away just because you're a carnivore.

its allot better, they got rid of the dark chiken "meat" and the toping are better.

I am an omni - I'll eat anything. That said, the food here was great and creative. I was visiting my brother and had been looking forward to trying his favorite vegan restaurants of all types throughout Boston. The pizza was just how I like it, a nice chewy crust. I initially thought maybe more cheese would be needed but the amount on the pizza went well with the toppings and sauce. The buffalo tofu bites were really tasty, and tofu isn't something I typically willingly eat. The garlic dipping sauce made them all the better, if I lived in Boston and ordered from here often I would have a hard time putting that sauce on everything. Compostable/biodegradable everything - this place seems to really do it right. I look forward to visiting again and seeing some of the new menu changes/additions over time. (full disclosure: my brother is the current manager here, but I wouldn't say this stuff if I didn't mean it. I wouldn't go out of my way to compliment vegan food if I didn't think it was excellent).
