Stanhope Garage

My son and his GF unfortunately made the decision to use this garage last week when they went to a concert in Boston. My son is 25 and has a perfect driving record (no accidents and no tickets in 8 plus years). He also has his CDL and drives trucks for a living. When the lot attendant directed him to a narrow, tiny spot in the garage to park my son told him (more than once) that the spot was to narrow and his Jeep Wrangler would not fit. The degenerate employee kept insisting it would despite my son telling him he has his CDL and drives trucks for a living. Another employee came over and they insisted they would get someone to park his Jeep in that spot. A third employee came over and my son and his GF got out of the Jeep and proceeded to watch the employee back his Jeep into the ticket booth. My son was upset and was also anxious to get to the concert which had already started. All 3 employees assured my son that the Garage would pay for his Jeep to be repaired. They gave him the main number and the owners name (Sy Gottleib) my son called him the next morning and Sy said he would look into it and get back to him. He did later that day and boy did the story change! Sy said he was told that my son backed his Jeep into the ticket booth! Seriously! I informed my insurance agent who called Sy and Sy agreed with my insurance agent that it didn't make sense that my son would make all this up and he gave my insurance agent his insurance information (Eastern Insurance) and then my son could file a claim to get his Jeep fixed. This sleezebag owner and his company then initiated a claim again my son's insurance (Commerce) saying he drove the Jeep which is a 100% lie. Justice will prevail. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I bet the original owner is rolling over in his grave watching his pathetic grandson lie to avoid paying a claim that his employees caused.
