I've only ever had positive experiences here, and I appreciate the ability to see records and other info on an online portal. The office is always clean and the front desk staff is always friendly!

Hands down one of the worst medical offices I've been to. Something always goes wrong when I come here, from a $1,000 medical bill for a routine checkup to getting the wrong script sent over 3 separate times. If that's not enough the staff is incredibly rude and the NP was even speaking about me outside of the room once when she thought I couldn't hear her. Could not say enough bad things about this place. Needless to say I've switched PCP's to an actual reputable medical office.

Horrible experience. Dr. Kovacs’s NP/Assistant ( a senior short hair blond lady) is really rude. The way she was asking about my situation was like she is questioning a prisoner- cold&harsh. After she asked me to get naked and left the exam room, while I was getting undressed, suddenly she enters into the exam room without knocking, I was so embarrassed and shocked. Then she just grabbed something and went out. Excuse me?! You don’t even bother to knock? This place has NO EMPATHY No CARE for women. I always feel terrible when I walk out. Won’t come back.

I had an appointment - was called and made very sure by the staff (who don't answer the phone when you call, so don't bother) that I would be on time for my telehealth appointment only for my PCP - Lauren Blackington - not to show up after 15 minutes waiting on the line. I spent 10 min on hold to finally get someone in the office who said she was running late (thanks for the notice when I was told to log in on time?) and then after 20 min of her not showing up, I left the call and this clinic.
