Came in with a Macbook Pro that didn't boot. Apple told me I needed to replace the entire logic board for over $600. Simon quoted me half that price and fixed my computer with fast turnaround, great communication, and a warranty on the work performed. Highly recommended.

Always excellent service and reasonably priced. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and can get anything done in-house and quickly!

Very helpful. Sometimes you need to take your machine back, but they'll keep at it until it's fixed.

I had a problem with a MacBook Pro and APPLE told me that it was really bad! I was really bummed that I spilled that little bit of coffee six months ago. APPLE gave me some names and numbers of three different places that could repair my machine.They were terrible as their pricing was ambiguous and most certainly jacked as high as possible... "Well if it is only THIS than it will be $$ and if it is THAT the price will be $$$$" My reason to write here: Compustar in Alston looked at my wonderful and expensive laptop and said, "It looks like it is a keyboard issue and we can fix it for you for $280.00 (I think that was the price) and it will be ready is three days. I said "Thank you" gave the guy my computer and left. Three days later I returned and they gave me my computer and then I paid them. It was sort of amazingly like they knew me or something! They were very polite and very competent. I will go to these guys with a smile on my face. Young, really smart, polite, competent. I do not know these people but I wish I did. Perhaps I will some day. They are the way things are supposed to be. Thanks for reading my review.
