The previous review does not represent John Needham Co at all. These are independent appraisers who are forced to write insurance estimates under the strict watchful eye and pressure of your insurance company and their claims handlers.
Any qualified bodyshop you choose to work on your vehicle will understand how insurance company's, appraisers and finally the bodyshop itself must all work together to come to an agreed repair value. This is almost always done once the repairs have started.
