Joyce sold my parents their house over 30 years ago. After my parents passed away Joyce swanned into the house as if she was owed the listing. She made disparaging remarks about my beautiful and well maintained childhood home and pressured me to sign a document granting her the listing immediately, without any discussion of costs and strategy. She was pushy to the point of grotesque. It was extremely demeaning to be treated like this. Her piggish and brash actions not only cost her the listing, but made me very concerned for her clients. Her self-serving attitude, and her willingness to try to take advantage of me in my grief shows that she doesn't care about her clients, she only cares about herself.
