        That was fantastic. Historically, I hate getting my hair cutit always looks weird, doesnt quite work with my thick, unruly hair, and the appointment itself takes forever. Paul checked in with me every step of the way and managed to turn my way-overdue, long, scraggly mess into something clean and professional in 45 minutes. 11/10 would recommend!
