If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing worked remotely right, customer service was non responsive and the product was over priced. Everyone at the company was rude as well.

What an incredibly horrible experience with - Sync with Connex!
This company was completely unwilling to jointly discuss an error with my merchant services account that resulted in thousands of dollars of erroneous credit card charges to my client.
The developer is condescending and should really participate in a few educational training classes to promote a more positive work environment and people skills!

We have used a number of solutions to Sync our Magento Stores with our accounting products. This one has worked the smoothest. Give us easy options to see what had sync'd and what had not and be able to manual sync's as needed. Great pricing and all round good product.

We have been using Connex for a few years. The software works really well syncing QuickbBooks with Ship Station. The staff was extremely helpful with the initial set up. We plan on taking this to the next level and import more information to lessen the manual input of the info on our invoices.

Efficient. I've been with this firm for several years now and have noticed several important features. 1. They are quick - I get a response within a day to any questions I might have. If I have additional questions-sometimes Ii get an e-mail, sometimes a call. 2. Enhancements. I had an issue which was NOT part of the original product/contract. Joe( the owner ) listened patiently and ended up adding my request to the standard package for everybody. You don't usually get that kind of response from firms. Usually its just "Take it or leave it" attitude. Kudos for Joe.
