My father passed and it was his desire to be cremated. Final Journey had taken care of my father-in-law's remains and we found them to be highly professional, empathetic and very respectful to our family. We chose to use them to take care of my father because of our previous experience. The waiting area is tidy and comfortable. They set up appointments so that families are not interfering with each other and to provide privacy for their grieving family. We had an extenuating circumstance where my husband was unwas unable to be there for the viewing. They set up a seperate time for him to say his goodbyes (at a small fee, which was explained ahead of time). Thank you for being so good to us and for taking good care of my father.

member one last time after an unfortunate accident due to your “policy”. I can only hope that none of your lives are affected in such a profound and uncaring manner.
