Concord, NC I see some complaints that make no since on here. Listen me and a buddy of mine went and spent several thousand dollars for good quality materials that would have costed us over 20k from the store. One, you need to know what youre bidding on. You need to pay attention and listen. I missed a heck of a deal on some tile because I wasnt paying attention, my fault not theirs Any auction is going to start with the potatoes before getting to the gravy if you know what I mean. So it is what it is. Yes they start high but back it down it down until you get a bud started. No harm in that. Its not up to the auction company to prepare food for your likings. Here is was an arena for events and yes food was high. But not the auction companys fault. For that matter you know youre going to pay higher prices for food, drinks and etc. Auction company employees were nice, clean professionals. I will definitely attend another auction put on by this company.

This place is one of amazement and you get caught up in bidding on low quality stuff that has issues and or can cost as much as new. If you are not an expert beware of what you might think is a deal. This is the no problem part but I had a huge issue last time when a window for over 300 dollars was stolen from barn that I bought it from within 30 minutes of buying it. The general manager was elusive and hard to get a metting with over the situation and after waiting over an hour he was the most unconcerned guy I ever met. He was arrogant and said you got a deal on the rest of your purchases and you are bothering me about one window? Complete disregard for a customer and rude about it to boot. Stay away from this place
